I feel like Noa was drawn a little more proportionally close to how she was in the first few chapters, at least on page 6. Like with a higher torso. It looked nice!

Noa looks... Softer now, its kind of a trait with manga i think, i hope the author randomly brings it up by saying noa just got fat at some point in the story, big beautiful woman type thing

And I find it pretty nice how they just show all the game dev tools as is without obscuring / renaming them, I recognize most of the applications haha.

I don't think Kizaki admires Noa, just that she's worried that she comes off as abrasive/scary and has trouble interacting with people.

That said I would rather work with Kiz over Noa. Really all the girls is this so far are extraordinary unstable

If I had to guess, their history is probably more along the lines of "There's another woman my age on the intern team, I want to be friends! But I came off too intimidating and just scared her off, so I spent the entire time isolated and now I have a long-standing complex about how other people see me."

When I was younger I had that problem, people were even kind of scared of me, and I tried to soften my way of talking and interacting with people but I somehow went overboard and got too "soft" and regaining that edge has not been easy, so, don't go overboard or stress about that in the long run intimidating and intense is much better than a pushover.
