Let's not forget that the three greats are part of the 13 crowns (which seems to be commonly ignored). That means Sullivan would be in agreement.
His master surely would be in support as well. She's a true ally that knew he was a human for a long while now, anyway.
Then there's also the whole plan to make MAKE the next demon king for which Iruma is already a candidate. And Amaryllis may very well be in support of Iruma 'winning' it.

It's not like Iruma for demon king doesn't have supporters in 13 crowns.

Mephisto you need to calm down and the only way to continue guiding the future demon king Iruma would be to first become the leader of the resistance and save Iruma.

My suggestion to you, Kalego you can muzzle your crazy father, Knightwalker, and convince Narnia to be on your side, if you become the new head/president of the Naberius clan.

How many of the teachers know that Iruma is human (excluding Kalego and Balam Shichiro)? Also considering that Mephisto has met a human before Iruma, and that human that Mephisto met is Faust.

I also wonder if Kalego will tell the other teachers for example that Iruma is human, like Azz-kun told the other members of the abnormal class that Iruma is human.

Muzzle Nightwalker would be naturally perfect. As for Narnia, hmmmm, well it will be harder because after we know that he doesn't what Iruma to die or suffer, just be sent safely back to the human world because he believe humans should stay in the Human world and demons should stay in the Demon world as a way to protect the Demon world, such conviction, especially one built on opposing the father he once admired but realised he was in fact bat-crap crazy showed us a strong conviction. For Kalego to convince his brother he will need to shed blood on at least the level of Zoro when he took Luffy's pain and stay standill

I think there's Bachiko for sure, probably Amuryllis. I think Leiji and Razberry might support him as acknowledgement, while fully intent on keeping their claim on the throne, and because they're not pro system anyway. There's the Many Ears clan, but it's unclear what kind of power they might have. There's Toto.

It could be wild that Iruma's identity and situation became a massive public thing, and people he saved at Walter Park and Irumi fans, especially Gyari, came together to show public support for Iruma.

While it's been obvious that Mephisto wanted to guide Iruma on the path to be the Demon King, it's still kinda crazy to hear him say that out loud to someone else. Kalego is probably the only person who would hear that and, instead of falling into denial or praise and acceptance, just gets absolutely annoyed cause of course Iruma would get involved in something like that.
