I’m so confused. The chapter 9 title page is from the volume raw, but then halfway though there’s part chapter title page from the web raws?

Currently 10 chapters total, but this is an ongoing web comic with a link to the source right there on the page so the exact number at any given time is only a click away.

Volume 2 came out in 2021 with whole chapters. Why keep them split now?

No, it is bi-monthly, and oddly split into two volumes “A” and “B”. The last three issues were out in April, February and December. This manga is in the “A” volume, except for issue 11 of Aokishi where Onee-sama to Watashi festured on both “A” and “B” covers and chapters 8 and 9 were serialised...

Where even are you? Most of their titles are available globally. I recall at least one publisher making them block their titles in Japan, but this isn’t even one of them because I just checked with a VPN.
