Add section for illustrations that aren't cover art in the "Art" tab of manga pages

Often authors will draw small stuff related to their manga, like new year's/christmas illustrations, promotional art, or even some shorts that couldn't really be uploaded as a stand-alone chapter.
It would be nice if we could share this stuff here, and the "Art" tab would probably be a good place for that, considering it currently only contains cover art.

Usually that stuff is on author's personal page/blog like pixiv/twitter/whatever. Why can't you go there? Link is usually in description or in author's MD page. If it's exist but not there just add/request it.

BTW sometimes that small stuff counts for literally hundreds of pics. You don't expect to turn MD into another ExH/Danbooru/Sankaku/whatever? Do you?
