At least Aerial just blow them away, not smash them into red blotch
But the religion in their kingdom holds spirits as higher being compared to human. Those nobilities who contracted named spirits probably doesn't feel it, but even a nameless is still a spirit and higher existence than human that worth respect. There should be narration in the earlier about how contracting even just a nameless spirit would've been a joy for commoners, at least they get one.
Undine's action looks more like not minding Bridgette's business. Spirit contract is something personal between the human and spirit, so they probably think it's not something you meddle without permission. If Bridgette has a problem with her spirit, then let them deal with it on their own and grow up. If Bridgette need help, then she should say it herself and asks for assistance. If she can't, then don't expect other spirit would give her shortcut to her problem. The most Undine would do is helping Yuri protect Bridgette when things get out of hand, and hint to her she's not as worthless as she thought, so don't give up yet.
While they could have got influenced through emotional connection like Aerial's case, it's not like human can order them around. They do it because they like the human and is okay with helping. But if the spirit want to ghost the human, then human can do nothing about it.
Efreet...
About the prince... Joseph is the black sheep in his family. His parents and brothers are decent people.
He is inferior and held complex about it, but has learned to hide it. People still held the royal family in respect.
The teacher doesn't know.If that high rank water spirit knew who bridgette contracted to in just one meeting, I think it's impossible for her father's contracted spirit to not know. Unless that spirit is somewhat a menace that he didn't even cared when he burned his own daughter.

He ghosted Bridgette's father in disappointment. What father would burn and disown his own daughter. While the contract still persist, which means he can still use magic, Efreet stays in the spirit realm and refuse to show himself, so Bridgette's father can't use the higher ranked magic. Bridgette's mother's Salamander did the same.

The fan translation[ is not moving (and when checking, the website's database crashed). If you can read Japanese, the web novel are here: (Narou | Kakuyomu). It's finished at four parts (the published novel, judging from the synopsis, probably covered only until second arc so far).Does anyone have any places where I can read the web novel? I’ve gotten invested in this one
