Probably. Her getting married needs approval, but it is pretty obvious that her dad thinks she will never get married because of her personality. He would just be happy that she is getting married, and he wouldn't have to worry too much about her later. She studied to become independent of the Albert family, and Adi has been doing his best to make sure that he is competent enough that Mary's dad would approve of him.

The general populace/other nobles wouldn't be much of a concern in terms of social backlash. Mary supported Alicia even when she was thought to be a commoner, and that whole thing became a popular tale that spread beyond the kingdom. Her marrying an actual commoner would not be surprising at all.
