Hm.. by slow do you mean exposition dumps while literally nothing happens for a whole chapter or is it several chapters of exposition dumps over one subject matter? Because I haven't built up a good tolerance for it yet. Need to watch SAO again for training.

Otome Isekai are surprisingly better than the normal isekai
I would have never thought that I'd rate a shoujo better, man how times change

@Tamed

The novels built up things so nothing really big happened for awhile. It wasn't as bad as exposition, but more like slice of life slow.

I've seen the raw and there were very little info dump. Mary is very active and most of time her banter (the highlight of the novel) with her attendant took up the chapter. On the other hand, if you can't stand Japanese stand up comedy routine of Boke and Tsukkomi then this is not for you

Oh, please. You all act like Bakarina or Koushaku Reijo started the trope but otome game/villainess stories have been around as early as 2011. They're also 'copy-paste' versions that just happened to be the better ones.

Not that I hate slice of life or stand up comedy, I just hate large text bubbles or it filling over half the page. Feels like a waste of time if I'm reading a comic that's mostly text when I could just read the book it was adapted from. Still, I haven't found mangas with stand up comedy that wastes the medium(for lack of a better term) it's written on so this should be good at least.

Wow, I like this much better than the Light Novel this is based on. The light Novel is AWFUL in execution btw, it's walls of texts for just a few pages of what occurred in this manga. Chapter 2 literally goes through 3-5 chapter of the lightnovel IN ONE CHAPTER!!!

Btw, I actually read a similar light novel with a similar Yolo Villianess that I think is better.

Yes! Thank you amplified and lunectar for scanslating this one, I really enjoyed the wn a lot and was hoping to be able to read the manga adaptation one day after finding it in the Comic Walker website ??

Personally I'm okay with just having the tsukkomi-boke banter between Mary and Addie in the wn (they're golden ??), but the slow build up between them is also worth the wait (if the manga even went that far to the wn)

Definitely worth a read if you just want silly and humorous interaction between master and her attendant, fluff, and the occasional slow build up in the story ?

this is suprisingly cute, i can role with that.

the only other shoujo isekai i've ever read was the "bakarina" one, which unfortunatly was going downhill the further i progressed in the story.

oh well, let's see what this one will be like IF it updates more than once in a bluemoon and i don't forget about it.

The plot is quite random, but I think this one will be carried largely by the chemistry of the leads.

She's apparently quite smart and genre savvy, but is so inherently free of malice that she can't help being amazingly terrible at the villain route and amazingly good at being the tsundere BFF. He is hilariously disrespectful of his supposed mistress, but also very obviously in love with her. Fun.
