I'm late for the discussion but here my two cents
Fuwa sexuality, in my opinion there's no doubt she like girls, only question was if she liked boys too, still in the air but I guess soon we'll find out with the way things are going, but her being bisexual is likely.
As for her feelings, I think her having some feelings for Sora and never realizing due to her obsession with Prez makes some sense, as much as she's annoyed by him they always were good friends, so it's not really that unexpected, though I feel it would have worked better if she started falling for him over time instead.
As for what some said, I don't think she's changing her feelings for Prez to him, at least I don't feel the story ever portraying her as "confusing" admiration for love or anything like that, so I honestly don't think she'll stop liking prez.
I'm honestly assuming the story will go two ways, either Fuwa will have feelings for both but lose, Prez and Sora are way too likely endgame right from the beginning, or in the long run Fuwa will realize she do like Sora, and over time Prez might start falling for Fuwa too, with them all ending together.
The only ending I think doesn't work is Sora x Fuwa, because Prez was way too obviously portrayed as the main heroine, so either Fuwa ends with someone else or she ends with both Sora and Prez, unless now the story do a complete 180 and starts portraying Fuwa as the main heroine.
Honestly? I don't mind Sora x Prez x Fuwa as long as Prez fall for Fuwa too, them ending in poly could be a nice ending as long as it's not typical generic harem where only the guy gets all the girls.
I still think Fuwa will end with someone else though, most likely the new girl, I forget her name lol
