Well, you've got two options, the Media button which seems to happen automatically if you link an album, like in your post and the second way would be, If you right click the image and click the Copy Image Address so you end up with a link with an extension at the end like https://i.imgur.com/dvVHCbM.png (your image) and then clicking the Insert Image button (might be hidden in the 3 vertical dot menu) then making sure you're on the url tab you just put the link in and then press insert

Because the mods/devs don't want to have to moderate that (as much) as well
So it's limited to a certain role and up

What if the image doesn't have url links? Downloaded image for example, do I have to search the original image in web and copy url?

just use something like imgur

postimages.org is a good alternative and lets you take images from your device and converts it into various links of your choosing

for mangadex, use the direct link
