Seriously, the female lead in this arc is even more of a b*tch than the one before. Causing someone to get raped is the absolute worst

Lol, ever notice how the female lead doesn't do female lead things?
Like, picture this story if it was depicted as it's own thing without Su Luxia interfering.... No one would read it!
Everyone would hate the female lead haha because she is literally a villain (and not even the fun anti-hero kind).

It's plainly obvious why Su was sent to this world, she's correcting it in-progress because it's literally a flaming pile of shit.

ok out of all the settings thus far, this one set in like "modern high school" is by FAR the most fanciful. not that it bothers me, because i am here for all the weird campy shit this story throws our way, but wow its definitely nonsensical how much high-drama there is in this setting. it feels like the drama would fit better in like a legit high fantasy kings court than... high school.

anyway echoing what others have said, what a fucking NIGHTMARE the FL is! are there actually novels like this where the protagonist is such a shitty nightmare person? i cannot wait for our girl to beat the everloving SHIT out of her.

@moderateTrouble I agree, usually it’s the other way around, since if there is any story with such an irritating FL, the author would probably die of starvation. But it’s probably like one of those dark side of a light hearted story. You know, like one of those protagonist who act nice and innocent from the reader point of view but when looked at it from another point of view (typically the villainous from those otome game genre) the protagonist became a scheming bitch that act from the shadow and stuff.

The author definitely is stretching it a bit by setting this type of character as a female lead.

The other female leads/male leads in the previous arcs were believable, because often they still had purposes in any awful actions they took, even if those actions are often self-serving. Depending on how the story is framed, and who is considered to be “people who has enough good will to be in the mc’s circle”, some actions would be justified. First arc, in the first timeline, female lead was bullied by the ML and MC’ previous host. Vampire arc, Luxia is the classic bad villain, so from a standpoint it’s understandable. Superstar arc has a guy as a protagonist and those type of asshole male protagonist is much more frequent (ex: any chinese cultivation stories). Last arc, Luxia was also protagonist.

But this one? The female lead is total trash, she is the first one to cause harm for the sake of causing harm. With how far it went, it’s hard to believe that she’d make a redeemable protagonist because she has just gone so far. Like the other peeps are saying, that would be a book with very little readers.

My guess this story is a poorly written one or one that was advertised by a famous person/the famous person promoting his/her own book. It sucks but people bought it without reading reviews. Not sure how these worlds are created and if the type of media needs to be popular, it could very well be a story that never made it past the publisher. If that's the case then any and all stories we've wrote exists as worlds for Luxia.

You guys must not read much Chinese romance novels if you think these sorts of actions are unrealistic for their "female leads". A lot of protagonists in Chinese webnovels are legitimately terrible people lol

As wild as the “original” story is and as cruel that FL is, i truly am not surprised that such a story would actually exist. Like, one, the world is wide and vast filled with all kinds of people who could actually write such revolting trash (ugh, seriously, r*pe? that’s sickening). Two, all of the previous stories follow that same self-gratifying pattern of putting the FL on a pedestal, going so far as to justify their downright criminal actions as “well she’s the main character, of course she can get away with this”. Third, each arc has been increasingly more gratifying to its FL so seeing this FL, who was explicitly called a mary sue by our dear su luxia, do some truly bonkers sht is not at all surprising.

I just can’t wait to see her get her just desserts 🥂
