Correct me if I'm wrong but:

White Lotus = Female lead with a pure and incorruptible image, and most antagonists are used to make her look better/more saintly? Not malicious per se, but more like her actions border on innocent ignorance, that become detrimental to other people. Also an allusion to how 'fake' the saintly image is.

Black Lotus = Take the above definition and make it so that the fakery is seen quite clearly, along with some scheming? Basically an incorruptible image falling apart, allowing the rotten insides to be seen?

Green Tea Bitch = Green Tea has a refreshing image, afaik. So may be someone who acts pure, but is inwardly a terrible person? Usually appears innocent and attractive to men; are usually disliked by women. They might act pure/sweet to keep their male friends as 'backup' and take advantage of them?
