Instead of being an enemies to lovers romance story which it was during the Lost Ring plot, it turned into a generic pseudo-harem slop after the Fake Dating arc. It feels like the author gets off to NTR / is a cuck but I can't prove it based on a piece of literature. The author literally assassinated every single character except Shise. MC is a no-free-will pushover, Akane is a mega-tsundere for no reason, Himari is a manipulative homewrecking bitch. The LN is already turning to shit, so I have no idea why did the mangaka decided to follow the LN knowing it's ass.

This had some potential, i mean it's normal like others the same genre, but why the author is making both sides being so damn dumb for no reason.
The writting it's breaking itself in each panel, forcing a smart character play real dumb and contradicting themselves of something they experienced some panels early.

It's not for me - I couldn't make it past chapter 6. And normally I wouldn't comment on a manga that's just not my thing, but with this one I feel I gotta.

I loved my grandparents, but if my grandfather pulled me aside and told me I'd have to marry some girl in order to inherit his company, I'd have told him to fuck right off.

The MC is in his third year of school and is the top ranking student. He's already better positioned in life than his classmates. He can get into a university and make his own way. But he'd rather just give up all personal autonomy to the whims of a self-proclaimed madman just so he can be rich some day. If that kind of spineless twat is what you want running your company, then honestly it's better if you turn it over to the dog.
