Hello all. Are you shocked you're hearing from me about a contest update? I know I am.
In hindsight, running this contest was a mistake. Despite the relative ease of doing basic arithmetic and creating polls, my increasingly busy career and personal life have left me little free time, forcing me to choose between multiple hobbies that I once enjoyed.
I would like to offer my deepest and profound apologies to all of the contestants and our community. It was extremely disrespectful to everyone who put in time and effort to this contest to let it go on as long as it has.

Note that both polls will be open for 2 weeks to allow those of you who are back to school and other assorted things time to vote.
The Light Theme winners will be announced no later than one week following the closing of the poll. The Dark Theme Final Round will begin no later than one week following the closing of the poll.
This is most likely my last contest so long as I am with MD. Maybe life will slow down and allow me more free time, but I don't realistically see that happening. Let's go out with a bang. Vote and prod your fellow community members to vote!
