Volume 15 was released earlier this month on the 9th! (Kaede and Mei were this volume's cover pair.) Other than that, they'd announced around late January that the author and editorial team had made the decision to switch to irregular updates in order to preserve and work towards better quality results in setting up for the final stages of the series, which you can read the full notice for on their Twitter

On a more personal note, I'm honestly quite glad thus far the editors seem to have been kind enough to have allowed this kind of room to work with, especially with their decision to rewrite previously published chapters, as I'd normally think that to be unfathomable in an ongoing series. For the time being, we're simply in the same boat of waiting for the next update to work with, of which has yet to be announced (but keeping an eye on their Twitter account once a month or so should be sufficient to know whether or not a new chapter will be released.) Due to IRL constraints from the both of us, for now there aren't any plans to translate the volume extras either, so best bet is to wait for volume 15's English release by Seven Seas about a year or so from now....
