Okay, he's getting +100 respect points for that alone (most MC are usually totally oblivious when two girls fighting for their affection are NOT getting along) but also losing -1000 for clearly not realising his sister is Pure Human Trash trying to ruin his relationship and with zero intentions to re-work properly... seriously, it's the first time in a while that a character repulsed me that much in just a couple of chapters for being too real !!

Also, "the second time"... ? Could it be that Hizumi and MC already met in the past but he doesn't even remember it !?

Looks like “dame ningen” applies aptly to Hizumi as well. She’s good at everything except social skills, while our boy is good at social skills while terrible at everything else. She’s effectively a high functioning jirai-kei minus the gothic lolita wardrobe.

The common term “my better half” is totally appropriate here when it came to these 2 misfits.

Well, he’s pretty good at that entire empathy thing, plus he was also able to deal with Miyabi’s entire tsundere losing childhood friend thing without Hizumi and Miyabi killing each other. All the boy needs is some self-confidence and he’ll probably be able to read the room better than Hizumi.
