Basically when they resurrected her the first time it combined her soul WITH the red dragon, and they realized when the red dragon was brought back to life (With Falin incorporated) the only parts that weren't incorporated were the parts the group ate and digested.
So the plan know is to eat and digest the Monster half of Falin to separate them, and then resurrect her. At this point though we have 2 things holding them back. The last "curse" of the Winged Lion which may or may not be pertaining to Falin, and the race against time where once the overworld dungeon fades the magic binding her soul to her dead body will also stop and prevent ANY kind of resurrection.
