No what I'm referring to is the way he rejected her. Someone else has already said it. He could have just explained to her, and talked to her, but instead he violently threw her to the floor. Which is like throwing her away. He didn't even think of what kind of consequences will happen by not thinking even a little.
Throwing your would-be rapist to the ground is a perfectly sane, normal, and even rational response; it's the beginning stage of literally any plan involving an aggressive, irrational opponent. You're calling him dumb for not treating the situation with the same dispassionate amusement of the reader.
Also how was she a rapist? She didn't force him to do anything.
Yan:"Hey MC-kun. I'll be your mommy tonight.
"
MC: "I need an adult"
Yan: "I am an adult"
She got on him, forced him to kiss/grab her, then after hearing a clear "No", followed up by a "I'm interested in someone else", she doubles down and pins him to the couch until he physically yeets her off. If I did half of that, I'd be in cuffs so fast, the sonic boom from the police car would shatter every window in the neighborhood.
Your definition of rape needs to be re evaluated.
I know you wanted a chance to throw the line back at me, but you should really consider what it is all these words mean, and what exactly happened in the chapter before trying to use it.
