No, Kuro is Illya's other personality, or like her other spirit.

Much like Ryougi Shiki who has 3 personality and one of them, male Shiki or we can call it SHIKI, died when Shiki is killed.

So, I guess that Kuro is done for after the card that binds her is destroyed and she also harakiri herself with origin bullet, and thus she destroyed herself too.

1) Julian is the only living being in his family, I'm sure he is just badly wounded and unable to use magecraft anymore since the circuit is broken by origin bullet. As for Angelica and Beatrice, they are bounded with Erica / Pandora.
