I think maybe not, but since the author tends to hide An's thoughts often, it's very plausible that she has. If she has realized, she probably realized it in chapter 22 atau perhaps even this chapter.

Also i love how everyone in this thread is all agreeing that An likes Shunpei, whether she's aware of it or not.
