It's interesting to see a glimpse of what was left behind in an isekai. Good or bad.
Bitch is going to be surprised in like, 7 months when the company is brutally fucking murdered by the NTA when they find all those delightful illegal documents that Natori properly organized in the archives.
"She works really hard for the sake of other people! What an empty person."

Tell me you're a sociopath without saying the word.
Natori was absolutely an empty person. Her evaluation might go through the wrong logic, but its not like she was particularly happy or motivated at her job. Nor is basically anyone else at that company.

how shes been turned into a Neapolitain though with all the cream she gets.

thanks for the chapter, coworker is likely going to be reincarnated herself and that should be a hoot.

Aww poor girl. She misses her friendly coworker... I wonder how confused she will be when all of a sudden her overly assisting coworker is in her game. It would be neat to have her on the outside helping the crew as the player.

Late edit: Figured out the LN I was thinking of with this premise "The NPCs in This Village Sim Game Must Be Real!"

This isn't to razz on you specifically or anything, but this still strikes at me in a way I didn't expect from this series. In my 20s, I was someone who "lived for work" and let that fill my whole life. I regularly did 80 hours a week, a few times even 100. Some of it was interesting serious work, but I also did a ton of what I see shown here, stuff to try to be helpful well outside of any work expectations, and then kinda thinking it'd somehow be magically recognized without me pushing it or seeking any direct recognition. Life isn't a fairy tale or game though, and it doesn't generally work like that. In the end I burned out pretty hard, which took a while to get back from a bit. And looking back, I spent a lot of the physically best years of my life in a way I do kinda regret. I mean, I'm not unhappy where I've ended up, but I wish I'd spent more time making and cherishing friendships outside of work, exploring the world, working on my own life. Just pursuing other dreams too. I was an introvert and filled a lot of myself with the job. But there are very few jobs out there that are so important and critical that that makes sense, and from what we see here no, sorry but it's not healthy long term.

That's not to hate on Natori at all, nor to say her former coworker was all correct. But it is true that you do need to be your own advocate and set boundaries. It's very easy for some of us to sink everything into helping others for nothing, but like anything that can go too far.

Guys, Natori didn't reincarnated she got summoned as a familiar. So unless there is another summoning, she will be the only one.

I mean, it's part of the school courses so if nothing else the same summoning class should happen next year for the new students.

Whether we'll even get to that point before the story ends tho is debatable given how much stuffs are going on.

Like that untranslated page with Diana saying "If I win, please give me Natalie-san" to Lapis.

I supposed it's kind of telling that her coworkers consider her helping out as a sign of weakness. I think Natori ended up at the wrong company.

I had the fortune of working in a company where everyone liked each other and helped out. It creates a good working environment where people do more work because they can, and not because they need to.

Company loyalty is a two-way street, everyone should remember that.

I think the point wasn't that she was helping others out, the point was that she never said no and never established personal boundaries. If you always just agree even when you're busy yourself you will burnout sooner or later and probably also neglect the task that you were originally hired to do. Especially when you never ask for help yourself. Such behavior could either be explained by simply not being able to stand up for yourself or seeking validation by trying to be useful for others
