It's calmed down a bit already. My guess is that the ones that are interested in it because they like the story are more likely to follow, and those that are in it to hate on it or to troll are dropping off. It makes more sense spending your time on something you're interested in than something you actually don't like.
Unless you're on /a/ of course.

I hope you guys are right, but she stated against them being together after she showed signs of warming up to mc (or at least his cooking) so it got me worried. There's no infos on the real dad too, maybe se still want her mom to go back to him (maybe the dad was bad only to Kyou, so the daughter still loves him, dunno). Anyway, not enough datas on the situation and the premises calls for more drama, i'm worried

Ex appears 17 years later in front of her ex, which appear to still be mutually in love at this point, then she just pulls up with her daughter she presumably had with someone else and he just let's them live with him out of nowhere, why did they break up to begin with then 🥲

My guess is they will somehow find a place near MC's house (comically, right beside his house) so they can crash in whenever to eat dinner together cause it's obvious they are all enjoying it.

I find this series cute... but I lost any desire to demonstrate it because this comment section sapped that happiness from me.

I simply can't think the words right, and when I force them out the only thing I feel is cynicism.

I mean, lady is clearly going through some serious shit. If my ex from 17 year ago suddenly showed up on my doorstep with a kid in tow, employed and otherwise in good shape but nowhere else to go, no savings, no options, my first thought would be that she's running from an abusive relationship or other obviously shitty circumstance
