So the whole piss thing is a little too close to psychological torture for me to say it's ethical, but she essentially killed him by sending him into the forest. fair enough
You will see one of them in the manga I'm pretty sure.
Beatrice's drugging and attempted rape of Kent to get him to "take responsibility". Kobolds saved him.
The other girl's problem is like a cancer that metastasizes:
With Yuika, she shows increasingly tyrannical behavior, taking advantage of how she knows Kent has abandonment issues to go as far as she can in her quest for being at the center of attention. Scolding Kent whether it's fair or not, for up to two hours, leaving his body covered in bruises from pinching (though the other two also take part in that). Yuika is a hypocrite for talking about all Kent's girls being treated fairly, but she demands to be at the top (and a certain other girl at the bottom), starting with her cuddling sessions behind Manon's back, and getting to the point of demanding Kent get a villa for him to attend to her personally. Kent compares living with Yuika, to the fate of being imprisoned by Camilla in Lastock (He actually went there!)
Yeah, I have trouble believing anyone who read into the 700s of chapters of the web novel could possibly say THAT is their "best girl".
Does anyone ever call Yuika out about this, I'm only just before chapter 500 and it doesn't surprise me that this happens. I've seen it mentioned that Yuika does have a realization about how her self-centered/egotistical/manipulative behavior is harmful to Kent, but do you know if that happens? Why is she so insufferable in the WN, I'm beginning to wander if I'm supposed to hate Yuika and love Camilla with Kento being doomed to a version of his father's relationship history.
As to best girl status:
1. Manon legitimately loves Kent for Kent and worries about him and apoligiezes for hurting him. She doesn't get a lot of development that I've seen but if anyone has earned a spot by Kent's side it's Manon.
2. Camilla may be controversial and as written will never really forgive herself or be forgiven but she is truly dedicated to Maou-sama. As often repeated she has given everything to Kento and would sooner die than harm him further. She quickly went from being awestruck by his power to being infatuated with his heart and I don't see it changing. Kent once said that it was their sin to bear together and Camilla is willing to bear anything for her Maou. Additionally, Camilla is the botanical name for the tea plant; a drink both she and Kent love to consume.
3. Seraphima loves and respects Kent-sama for his power and his personality and only falls behind in her dedication. I'm pretty sure that if push came to shove, Sera would chose her home country for long enough it would matter. However, Sera also accepts all of Kent's feelings towards the others and wants what is best for him; something Kent seems to partially understand. Where I'm at, Kent is beginning to rely on her more and more and I look forward to future developments. Sera's family also respects Kent and treats him really fairly after their early failed attempts at strong arming him.
4. Beatrice became infatuated with Kent-sama early and has kept it up while becoming someone he can trust to handle his business. Their relationship started out with desperation to save Rise's life and the political/power needs of Volzard with Beatrice's underlying feelings quickly coming to the fore. Beatrice was the cause of several misunderstanding in the early days of Kent's relationship. Now it seems she is dedicated to ensuring not only Kent's posterity but also prosperity by exacting due compensation from those make use of Kent and all the trouble that her father Klaus puts him through (the Volzard family does legitimately seem to respect and adore Kent in their own ways). If she wasn't such the painful prankster she might outrank Seraphima by my measure.
5. Yuika's love for Kento and its reciprocation has begun to baffle me. She definitely loved the care Kento gave her in Lastock and that he had the character to work so hard to rescue everyone. I'm sure that this is what led to an emotional attachment to Kento and her family seems to legitimately love him. Yuika however seems to offer the least support and causes the most emotional/physical trouble to Kent of all his love interests. There's a cute and caring reciprocal relationship there I'm sure; but it gets buried way to often by demands, accusations, seiza sessions, lectures, emotional manipulation, and physical pain that risks making it completely toxic. As it stands, Yuika doesn't deserve Kento unless she changes (something I'm afraid won't happen) in the web novel. I much prefer the version we have of Yuika so far in the manga, but she still isn't the best.
Honorable Mentions: Sachiko Watanuki has earned Kent or someone as much like him as possible sooner than she is willing to ask; that girl is the best kinds of tough and one of my favorite side characters. Muel is probably one of the best female characters Kent's age to consistently interact with him; and she is definitely his type. Meisa is young and effectively Kent's little sister but I doubt there is anyone around Kent that has a deeper emotional attachment that she does now (plus she calls him out more than Sachiko). Sahel is built that way but doesn't change the fact that she is just awesome. There are several others that pop in and out that interesting from what I've read but anyone would be good as long they emotionally support Kent.

To answer your questions about Yuika, I think she was written to be a 'realistic teenage girl'. This is something that's rarely seen in light novels. If you read the early parts about Kento being 'her knight'? Those are basically delusions of grandeur. But I was basically constantly bothered by her character until the self reflection and karma in 863.
Yuika thought that she was having a grand love story, but the combination of hearing the story of Kento's parents and seeing Camilla and Kento interact on a daily basis makes Yuika realize, no, she wasn't the star of a grand romance. She feels envious of Manon over her getting pregnant first and feels guilt over that. And then after that reflection she acts quite petty towards Beatrice lol.
But some later developments include backtracking on criticism and Kento telling her no when she wants to go somewhere dangerous to use healing magic. So basically things end up in a decent place... but after soo, soo long.
