Changes from WN:

• Kent talked to Amanda and Meisa when he woke up.
• After the kiss, both girls pinched Kent telling him not to get carried away. But he couldn’t stop smiling anyway.
• Meisa’s class was at the guild to check out the salamander corpses. The small fry adventurer I mentioned last time threatened Meisa’s teacher and Kent stopped him. Meisa was impressed in her own way.
• Donovan talks with Kent about grain and how goblins effect the economy.
• Originally, the entire store visit was about apologizing for the (cut) flamehounds subplot, because that was reported to the guild, unlike Nezario threatening Manon. The flamehound adventurers went after Kent to try and please Nezario, way back starting chapter 57 (after the second rescue). The flamehounds were originally recurring antagonists.

We are at chapter 74 in the web novel. Here is a truncated guide to the WN:

• The negotiations begin at chapter 86 . FanTL hosting sites lost chapter 87, there is a free patreon post with chapter 87, or you can MTL the original syosetu post. Chapter 87 marks the end of the prologue.
• We learn about Kent’s family background in chapter 111, which is important for understanding Kent’s future ambition.
• Chapter 128, is where Kent finds his ambition and long-term personal goal. This chapter defines most of the series.
• The final main love interest appears in chapter 139.
• And the series best section IMO starts with the Takagi & Griffon ark beginning at 158, with Klaus’s greatest moment at 173, and the peak ramps up lasting through the Bekkenheim round-trip, and New Years in Aldaros capping it off.

As for what’s coming in the next few manga chapters... Camilla prepares to dispatch Knights as envoys to Volzart, and Kent discusses that with Reinhardt. Kent goes clothes shopping at Sagara’s workplace, where Flavia, who’s always wearing skimpy earth clothes, is introduced. Kent also gets shoes at Marcel’s shop. Kent goes to Klauses and talks to the family and Donovan about various things.

Spoiler: What happens next

Kent is plied with wine. Kent drunkenly rambles on and on about Camilla’s outrageousness, before getting sleepy and being dunked into bed at the mansion by Donovan. Kent has an amusing chuuni dream sequence where he duels and argues with Camilla. Then, when Kent wakes up, he’s undressed next to Beatrice in bed. She and her parents try to tell him to take responsibility, but Kent’s kobolds stopped anything from happening, so the honey trap failed. Klaus explains that he did this due to nobless oblige to protect his people, despite his personal feelings.

I knew I were sleep deprived, but to this extent?! I had enough troubles following what I was reading that I had to pause double-check it was still the same translator, because I never had such difficulties in earlier chapters they had done.
Or was it actually a significant drop in quality and not merely a case of severe sleep deprivement? I do know I am tired enough to not be able to tell which, myself...

As a specific case (the one that had me end up double-checking the tl, though I have tripped a couple times already before that), when they said a guy is difficult to deal with, followed by how his criteria for judgement being clear makes him predictable (can only interpret that as contradicting themselves).
