I think this is one of the last arcs. He or she will probably confess and a timeskip. Remember he is a year older than her,so the whole "lets become a couple and graduate high school together" thingy can't happen. (I HATE THAT CHLICHÉ)

Though,Senpai shows that he has balls lately. That deserves praise. He really went through some development thanks to Nagatoro.

Nagatoro also became less obnoxious lately and more serious,which is good development for her too.
I am glad to teasing has quiet down and is more subtle/ less annoying

I predict this manga will have another 40 chapters before it ends.

But what everyone says is true: they are basically a couple at this point they just need to confess.
