Calling it now. The bathroom will be made to be perpetually warm like a hotspring and will have plantations for those flowers. Those flowers will thrive from the warmth and also serve as beautiful decorations.

i'm in my 30s and i talk like this, particularly with respect to management being The Worst. you're always free to do the TLs yourself kiddo, but somehow I doubt you will.
But also like... the man's an engineer. Have you MET an engineer? They do indeed talk exactly like this and will find infinite ways to solve a problem with nothing more than duct tape and WD-40. He's allowed to have a personality. We could stand to see a few more protagonists with those.

As an engineer in my 30's, I do indeed talk this way at times. We really only talk "scientifically" when someone tries to call us out on our knowledge. We only talk prim-and-proper in front of clients/customers. So yeah, I don't get the issue the other fella has with the way the group TLed this at all.

Also, the MC is more an architect than engineer. If you are wondering why I'm clarifying, there's a saying in engineering: Call an architect an engineer and they'll be flattered. Call an engineer an architect and the gloves start coming off...
