The thicc waifu is great and all but I'm honestly more interested in PTSD-bro's story at this point. He kind of falls in the middle of the two isekai extremes, the hero who is universally loved and the one who is hated/betrayed/murdered by the people who he saved. Still has some edge but doesn't go full "GLORIOUS NIPPON STEEL FOLDED OVER 1000 TIMES".

PTSD Hero needs healing.
Instead of being received as the Hero he is he's feared and so they send him off back to his former world.
Had he been told to kill himself to atone for his friends' death he would had done so.
