Are you kidding? Every country on Earth is like that and most women prefer men who are older and are fatherly to some degree even in their relative age-range.
Not to get too Darwinian here but being hot for daddy is coded into humanity's DNA. Just look at how reproductive potency period for men lasts twice as long as women. And its just fundamentally logical that a guy in his 30s is better equipped to provide maximum potential offspring for a woman of 15 or so than a dude the same age who doesn't have the means to support said offspring to maturation.
