I just noticed something in the table seating. It fits a classic hierarchy of English Nobility. Michio is the Lord and Roxanne is the most senior woman in the house, so she sits across to him. As lesser women and not peers to Michio, they shouldn't sit next to him, like if he had a mother or sister or daughter, so they will sit across from him.

Man, I've watched too much Downton Abbey to realize that.

Yeah... that's one major problem with the WN and LN: the further you get, the least developed the girls.
The LN does a little better than the WN, but it's still pretty bad.

I think that's why the manga went really slow at the start; the story is peak at Roxanne & Sherry.

iirc stats in this system have little to do with a person's intelligence or wisdom with which they wield it. So even if most of her class stats boost strength and constitution, she is hands down the most intelligent member of Michio's party.

Sherry loves to read and ends up spending her free time doing a lot of research in the capital library and the noble's private Explorer guild library reading battle reports and bestiaries to better lead the team in battle.
