The story has no development... The MC has the most stolen skills in the world, and remains weak and the same with his harem, fighting to survive on the lower floors, I don't see any evolution, unfortunately a story with great potential, becoming useless.

What development are you hoping for exactly? Because this novel can be described as "the epilogue of romance / harem mangas that immediately ended after the couple got together that we usually get denied.", that's basically the gimmick our guy isn't out to save the world or anything, he's just looking to spend quality time with the girls he treats as his wives.

What stolen skills are you talking about?

"and remains weak" how exactly? He's not quite a one man army or anything, but whether you realise it or not Michiro is a powerhouse and chapter 95 is a good hint at that. Nobody else in the world has multiple jobs or bonus skills that break conventional limits or meta-knowledge of levels and how the world works in general or any other things. Not only is he a pretty high level hero which is one of the most powerful job classes there is, he's got five or six jobs running simultaneously at once which compounds his strength instead of simply being additive. He could (and will, in the not too distant future) absolutely body a level 99 regular guy in a 1vs1 duel to the death in the blink of an eye. That's how strong he is right now and thanks to his increased exp gain and reduced exp needed, his strength is continually shooting up at a rate hundreds of times greater than anybody else on the entire planet.

They're not fighting to survive, they're massively over-leveled and over equipped. Ideally they'd need another party member or two in order to better handle increased monster numbers, but the only reason they're not fighting on floor 40+ right now is because Michiro values absolute safety above all else and wants both him and the girls to be 100% safe and not just 99% or whatever.

Again, what development / evolution are you hoping for exactly? It sounds like you want a different series, this one isn't for you.
