They actually lowered the marriage age not raised it.

Before it was 16 for girls and 18 for boys but only with parental consent. Without it both had to wait till 20 because that was the age of legal adulthood.

Now it's 18 for both without needing parental consent.

In recent years they also lowered the age for other things like voting or getting a mortgage/loan. It's partly to bring it in line with other countries but mostly it's supposedly to try and help with the aging population/declining birthrate. They basically hope it will get the younger people to go out, get involved in adult society and start a family earlier.

He brags about the car, but how would he get gas or electricity to charge it? He didn't test to see if there is a status board or skills or anything. He also doesn't ration his food which might be limited.

Loli has nothing to do with appearances (unless you're talking about Gothic Lolita fashion), it's everything to do with age. The "lolibaba" idea is just an adult that looks like a child where in this case she's 16 and is actually a child.
