If I had to guess on page 4 I think Alpha is supposed to say "Brace yourself"(which means prepare yourself) not "Grace yourself" (which would be a funny way of saying things wrong you'd hear from one of the goofier girls, not Alpha). https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/brace
