When you think about it Kobayashi is pretty overpowered. She had the potential to be an incredibly powerful witch until she decided to sacrifice all of her magic power to one shot a dragon. She had a holy sword contained in her body for a long time and was capable of granting it to other people. And as we have just seen she is capable of seeing through the high level perception blocking magic that tohru uses that a high level wizard can't see through.

Tohru's Mum put one inside Kobayashi when she spotted her. The perception blocking spell no longer affects Kobayashi because she understands the fundamentals and she spotted Tohrus mother this way.

I love how sharp Kobayashi is, she reminds me of Bruce Banner not the Hulk, in comics Bruce is often shown to resourceful and dangerously sharp.

I'm with the theory Kobayashi isn't human, a lot of her feats ate considered impossible, on top of that her magic potential was way above a normal mages.

The explanation for her magic potential is that she had pretty top tier potential for a human and then absorbing the holy sword pushed it beyond that. Her feat of being able to touch the holy sword without her entire existence being disintegrated was explained with her complete and utter lack of faith in any kind of God.

Big corpo? They have decency because they need to followthe law, average and pays quite good, sadly the burnout is not worth the price.

Small corpo? Mostly theyre third parties, same thing but decently pays.

For gamedev usually the success of the game will give you some bonuses and if youre an indie you will be rich. Take it from Balatro or any small gamedev team like Larian or 33 Expedition team dev. Game dev is pretty much already in a area where there are too many things and the market are now too saturated by it.

So the chance of success is pretty much slims and gamedevs (indie) unless youre in big corpo is eating rice and salts.
