The problem with this series is that one has to be somewhat sociopathic to find it funny. What any decent reader wants is for Koishikawa to be restored to physiologic humanity.
if this manga goes the shoujo ai route, I'm pretty sure Koishikawa will continue to be oblivious to it
but it would be nice if someone would love her forever, whoever it might be

Yeah, although a best-of-both-words result would be nice too (e.g. she loses the carnivorous instincts but can still be as low-maintenance, or smth).
Actually this was tagged shoujo-ai (that's the only reason I found this manga, I was specifically looking for ones under the tag). I don't know why it was removed but this website is user-edited so who knows if the tag was true to begin with.
Finding out what magazine this is hosted in is a pretty good indicator though. Yuri and/or shoujo-ai series tend to be found in the same magazine.
Thanks for the info. I looked it up on mangaupdates. It's published in Kurage Bunch, which publishes seinen stories, but also shouji ai. I've tagged it as such.
