2) I was under the impression we were only like a few weeks into the move into the new castle. Yet all the men have already got training in how to use drones and mines? Was there a time skip we weren't privy to?
Drone is autonomous no need to learn and land mine is very easy to use they don't even need to bury it themselves just know when to press a button. The defensive systems were already in place since before they move in.

Okay. I have a lot of problems.

1) LH come on guys. Conlinto?
2) I was under the impression we were only like a few weeks into the move into the new castle. Yet all the men have already got training in how to use drones and mines? Was there a time skip we weren't privy to?
3) If there was a time skip I dunno why they did it. The author missed his chance to do some primo drama where all the natives could go "ooooooo" at the shiny tech. What? Don't give me that look, you read isekai for that kind of thing, don't lie.
4) The artist desperately needs more varied helmet designs.
It’s more of that they have quality consistency issues. Doesn’t help that they don’t do fixes either.

My guess is like many other groups, they have separate teams handling different projects, and some are better than others. Some of their titles are this level, others are better, others are worse, depending on the team. QC shouldn't have let this slip by them though, so they either don't have one, they got lazy, or they were swamped and went speed for deadlines.

is it just me or does suddenly everyone have tech?
We haven't seen military technology, which is what you're likely talking about, but we have seen magic tools for a while now.
Chapter 11, Page 25 and 26 shows off the local refrigerators and magic stoves.
The military magic tools we've seen so far are the trebuchet and the magic cannon used by the Alois Kingdom. We don't know how widespread is the technology.
But do remember that magic tools, and artifacts, have been around since the early chapters of the series, and there are ruin hunters that excavate ruins for these artifacts. The continent's economy even depends on coins minted by artifacts, that are able to fabricate coins that the ship's replicator can't copy.

notice in their credits the qc is empty, they haven't had a person in qc for over a year

Thanks for the new chapter!

But did LHT just hire a new staff to work on this manga? It really feels whoever is putting those words into the pages is not aware of the TL standardizations that were already set before.

Do they not have anyone who actually speaks English and remembers anything about the story they’re translating? I don’t really get how a QC is a job, just get each person who worked on it to read over the completed chapter once. I’d expect the typesetter to pick up on problems during their normal work anyhow. Unless it’s all done by machines now.

Ok, leaving translation aside, why the fuck they introduce themselves on front to the enemy's leader?
I hope that Celina showing herself is part of some keikaku but when you have range advantage and NOT using it is unfathomably stupid
Don't forget the cultural values of the Alessians. It's not enough to just kill King Rotrigen of Alois, he has to be killed in a way that contributes most to the acceptance of the populace and institutions of the continent to the rise of the Starveek Kingdom and the Empire.
Like, remember the two girls who were raped by bandits and then rescued by Shining Star back in Chapter 23? Or how Cleria's father, mother, and brother were executed and their bodies displayed publicly? It's probably like that, where the way a person is killed matters as well as the death itself.
In short, it's not a simple question of whether the King is dead or not, but of how, and by who, that affects more than just the local battlefield.

The TLs have been faster than usual recently, especially considering we're at such a hype part of the manga.
I don't mind the inconsistencies, thanks for the TL! :salute:

Thanks for the translation but uhh....who the hell is "Colinto"?! Been Corinth since the beginning. How does this stay consistent for 50 chapters then this happens just before telling us the next chapter is in November? lol 😂😂😂

We're talking about medieval yokels here not WWI trench soldiers who are familiar with the concepts.

But what makes you think Royal Guards and elite knights, who are the ones that joined up, wouldn’t understand how explosives could be used to break up a cavalry charge? Especially people who know of Explosion Magic (mentioned by Cleria when she taught Alan Magic in the beginning), and who have had a few weeks to be trained on its use?
They don’t need to understand how or why the explosive works, just how big the explosion will be and how to trigger it.
At least here the knights speak the same language as the instructors and can read the instructions. Those are better conditions than the CIA had when teaching Mujahideen fighters how to use Stinger missiles.

They use artillary in siege combat albeit a magic one so they should be somewhat familiar with concept of explosion.

Well they don’t even need knowledge about explosive they just need to know concept of traps and when to use them which was common since antiquity.
