There's a description for the phrase at the bottom. Basically, it means someone you've considered sweet, something like a teddy-bear, suddenly making sexual advances at you.

What are you talking about? Sal (Salmonella) & Aimi (sp?) were the ones doing the TL for the past few volumes, who suddenly stopped. Go back and look at the comments on the last chapter they TL'd.

As weird as that phrase is it might be more endearing if a teddy bear like guy does it versus someone more intimidating from the start unless it's more of a wolf in sheep's clothing analysis altho the tl note does make it seem like more of a negative reaction (altno googling in eng gives you Amusing image results haha)

Having been on the bad end of it a couple times, it’s more that some women have this strange misconception that if you don’t hit on them straight from the start, you are some kind of sexless creature, pretty much like a plushie or whatever. They don’t seem able to fathom that you can very well find them hot and still have no intention of pursuing them whatsoever, so when they discover that you have in fact a sexuality, the fall back to earth is brutal, and so their reaction tends to be.
