So Merize's hair probably became white because she wasn't actually healthily living in the demon world the whole time and so it was draining her. Then she will go back which will keep her safe. Somehow she met Iruma since he was an assistant at some point. So the connection with Ameri is just fate

Merize's change of appearance is a disguise. Just like @collecterth0 pointed out.

It's a lil retcon, considering that in Merize's first appearance, she was much more taller and slender (basically, Nishi pulled an Oda)

I guess something happened to Kushimilfy-sama, as she's nowhere to be seen in current time.

There is 0 chance she is Iruma's mother.

As much as they act the same, it's either coincidence.. or reincarnation, which honestly is just as bad as them being siblings. It could also just be, only humans with their type of personalities are allowed in the demon world to begin with. While not overtly established, it was pretty much given based on how Iruma talked about them, they were his real parents. He was just a baby, then forced to work the moment he could walk. I doubt people that selffish would care for a baby for a year or 2 before the child "became useful".
