Well... if you heat something too fast with pockets of air that has nowhere else to go like it's ... possible? But nowhere near the force as seen in the page, cookie dough can't hold that much pressure let alone at that size. Cartoon logic, don't think too hard about it like our guy stated. Do everything right, but all the even flags will be there for pickup and raising.

Y'know, the existence of a romcom genre savvy dude who views "real life" through the lens of a romcom and thinks of himself as a background character. Means that there's a non-zero chance of another romcom brainrotted freak enjoyer somewhere nearby whose goals could be in opposition of our guy here.
I think it would get way too convoluted and derail stuff but it would be really funny if some other guy who applies romcom values to "real life" but roots for the main-heroine instead, or someone who interprets our main dude as the hero instead, or a yaoi fujo who's super down for Kimura/Ei (or Ei/Kimura if she's wrong).
I don't think any of this is gonna happen but it's interesting to think about.

Harem romcom tropes aside, I never really understood how people couldn't realize they mixed up sugar and salt until they're all the way done and packaged for the unwitting recipient. I'll accept that people unfamiliar with cooking would be unable to tell on sight or may not be used to the kitchen setup. And I'll accept that they already went into this expecting the cookies to look Ugly. And I'll accept that sampling while or after cooking is not something they might have thought about. But they should be able to tell like ten minutes after putting them in the oven when they don't smell sweet at all

There isn't a single established couple in this manga and everyone likes someone different or doesn't like anyone that theyre aware of. You can't NTR someone who's single

Now the question is: If a single person is so selfish/narcissistic that they are literally in love with themselves, and if able they would go and register marriage to themselves like people register them marriages with bridges and other unalive objects, and then a new person shows up and somehow manages to woo them, so that they start loving that new person more than themselves. Would that scenario count for NTR?

Or it could be some horrible type of chemistry scenario, where she mashed things that shouldn't be, and it released so weird gasses, that exploded only when a perfect scenario occurred of like perfect ratio of those gasses and oxygen and pressure/temperature.

Part AFAIK you don't really cook with stuff like pipe cleaners and stuff, so said gasses would rather be impossible, but its manga world, if one can be so stupid to use salt and not even test one cookie if its edible before giving away, one could use some other substances in place of whatever other stuff, like take TNT and form cookies out of it by mistake instead of cookie dough?

As a side note: I kinda envy Asian kids, or at least Japanese ones from mangas/anime. In my country there are no cooking lessons, no "forced" cleaning after school, if there is some kinda DIY type of class - its basically limited to drawing or doing things that don't require "dangerous" tools. You could go to a technical school instead of high school where stuff like saws, drills, etc would be available under supervision, but thats at HS level, not Primary/Middle school level.

So like kids in my country aren't learning how to cook, how to freaking fix a missing button on a shirt/stuff, and they learn that there are "specialised" people who clean for them. End result are entitled assholes that throw trash wherever they want "cause others will clean it", if parents won't reach them they can barely make any food - so fast-food/stuff is like they go to, and building a cabinet bought in Ikea can be to hardcore of a "puzzle" if they never got Lego in their youth, etc.
