You know i understand hatred between the 2 race is understandable..

But does the guy ever understand the big picture, does he want a war occur again. Another bloodshed and another death all because the guy can't see the big picture. Being racist and being ignorant is 2 different thing. Being racist while still recognizing the bigger picture is great cause he knows the overall future would be better.

But being ignorant would just simply cause unnecessary bloodshed

This, it's honestly completely baffling behavior.

Even in a political marrriage you have to show a bare minimum of courtesy.

Now, I get that maybe the Hero is not political savy, which begs the question why he wasn't coached beforehand, or why he doesn't have a staff at hand to prevent him jeopardizing another war due to his stupidity. On that matter who the hell thought letting him and Miss Demon Princess live alone in a tower was a good idea?

Given by the sheer political ineptitude on display it's a miracle the Kingdom hasn't been conquered already.
