So, not sure what manhwa you were reading, but this MC has never acted the way you’re describing. He’s blunt and straightforward, he clearly has feelings for someone, and he’s never once acted like a ‘pushover.’ Maybe reread before posting your stupidity.

This is a fun series, I like it a lot ... with many distinct characters.

This is just your average, run of the mill, dime a dozen korean romance slop.

It has all the common romance tropes: the characters are fairly dense (specially the mc), they never talk things straight, they blush or get embarrassed at random, random cliche drama between characters and you can tell the romance will only actually get realized at the very end.


It also suffers from all harem/love-triangle tropes:

• The mc is generic with the personality of a wooden plank, his personality standout is basically MONEY "He would report someone to the police over a online game just for money, isn't that funny?" which we only see this kind of obsession with money in half the slop out there.
• Girls have no good real thought out reason for actually liking the MC, they just do.
• The MC is very indecisive and despite saying he likes X he can't stop thinking about Y.
• You know this will not have a harem ending, making the entire harem tag pointless, authors should instead just make it a romance with a decent love triangle, it's better.

The author can't even maintain character consistency for one moment. In nearly every chapter the girl tells him to "act like we never met, like it never existed" blabla, they both agree to it then in the next scene they meet and interact, next chapter this repeats, they meet and interact, next chapter and so on, together with all the forced coincidences and interactions, "oh noe my new house water pipes are broken, can you let me bath in your house please?" Oh and lets make someone show up to create a misunderstanding. Truly innovative writing right here folks.

This, like many other slop out there, is the culmination of the case of someone who dedicated a good part of their life to art, trying to use it as a venue to make money through mangas/webtoons, they can draw, but they cannot write a good story, in the vast majority of cases this results in works where the writing is mediocre at best, filled with generic cliches and tropes because it's the easier way out.

The amount of forced coincidences in this manga is laughable, the author can't even be bothered writing something remotely reasonable lmao.

1. MC has never blushed like a wimp except against the girl she liked - which is normal wouldn't you say.
2. Only girl that ever shows liking her is the "little sister" type childhood friend and that's understandable they have a long ass history together.
3. MC isn't dense, you are the dense one here - calling you what you are would require me to use a slur but I won't do that here just in case, MC is just your regular Korean drama slop MC but other than that he isn't what you describe him as.
4. He doesn't have a stutter or weak-will the fuck? He goes around "You want me to do something then pay the fuck up!" except to the girl which he has a crush on.

The only problem is that he never forces the girl tell him what the fuck really happened, because if then this slop would have ended and well author needs to eat lol.

My guy are we reading the same manwhas? The MC literally simps for one girl only, the club/org president. He's just reminiscing/butthurt about getting ghosted by his ex. He wants an explanation as to why she ghosted him and now is trying to set boundaries between them without explaining the specifics for it. The MC hadn't "blushed" for any of the other side love interests. Ergo he's not a weak willed MC. Perhaps you're misunderstanding the "denseness" of him not recognizing the chihuahua love interest's affection for him which to be fair is somewhat understandable but from the perspective of a guy who has had female childhood friends getting touchy feely or clingy childhood girl friends doesn't automatically let you know they're into you. There's also the added bonus that. They literally said she never made any clear moves on him. Sure the manwha is pretty meh but the MC ain't what you're describing him to be. He's kinda chaddish. All about that sigma grind type shit. Working multiple part time jobs even in online games just to pay for his expenses and tuition. My guy you either need to just drop this manwha and walk away or take some reading/literature classes because you ain't comprehending anything from what you've just read. To me, this one may have its shortcomings, but its still one of the few romance manhwas that have a guy as the main character instead of a girl in recent times. So far its nothing crazy, but it has the potential to become greater if it keeps the more adult theme of the story, instead of the comedy aspect
