I don't think that Yonekura is seeing Henachiyo through rose colored glasses. I mean, from chapter 3 it can be seen that what really turns him off from Mikudashi is how she acts. And it's hinted that he knows how Henachiyo really is because he knows that she was using Mikudachi to give him his papers. Could be wrong but that's just what I think.
