Acting like she wasn't the asshole first and he's responding in kind is hilarious honestly. Like bro, what the hell are you talking about? "Oh this person has become a degenerate asshole to me and everyone around me, let's treat her the exact same way as before" Are you dumb? The instant she gained the confidence she started flaunting it and essentially making fun of everyone around her, of course he'll treat her differently.

You're acting like she took the confession to heart and changed FOR HIM but she didn't. She changed cause he gave her confidence and took it too far to the point that she grew a harmful ego and perception of those around her essentially seeing everyone as lower than her, hope you didn't forget that part cause it seems you did.

Like a few others have said. The MC isn't the bad person here. He complimented her once, and she took it way too far. To be honest, I would've been repulsed as well after seeing this gigantic shift. The girl obviously created a massive ego trip after our MC called her cute.

Also, just as a reminder, it literally says in the title she is likes looking down. I get some people think its because MC is shaming her after seeing her change, but honestly, I agree with @orangerain7734 that there is a limit for this kind of stuff to not change your preceptions. Also, he might have tried at first then realized her personality changed as well, which is why his attittude changed to her. Let's see what happens from here on out.

Agreeing with MC in this one. I mean in the early chapter we've seen how mc actually like FMC when she mimicking the girl in the novel MC read.

It just she changed so much that MC doesn't like her anymore.

I mean when someone you like are changing so much that her newself is exact opposite of reason you fall for her.... that a reason to give up

1) MC it's not forced to like the new her, I mean, it's not a small shift in her personality
2) She started as "let make you a better person that is worried with your future" helped him to go to that direction just to ditch all that in the next year, I mean... It's weird? In fact, her personality shift is weird and normally any people that know her before would think something happened. What she have it's not self confidence, it's an ego trip at least with the info we got at the moment.
She feels proud to "look up" on others, again, this way beyond have self confidence.

From everything we've seen, it seems like she lost all of her self confidence and completely bases her own self worth based on whether or not random men she doesn't know think she's sexy and jerk off to her. She has no self confidence whatsoever and is just a common slut with no morals.
