Also, my assumption is, she’s never in for long term infiltration like sleeper agents. She just need to get in for maybe days, weeks, staying inconspicuous. What she knows of nobilities are from the etiquettes she learned in this life, and as outside observer (stalking, disguising as maid) in her past life. So her “noble daughter” mask is formed by outside appearances, while being apathetic or cynical about all of it inside.
But her current “infiltration” had lasted for 16 years. She’s not learning to adjust better, nor to give up and just take it as a new life.

Your assumption is correct. She's more a cleaner than a sleeper agent. The type to get in and get the job done after information has already been gotten. The problem is she's not that inconspicuous. If it wasn't for her double (which I'm curious if she's still doing it looking at the growth of Serena, that certain area becomes harder to fake), she would have gotten found out as being sus long ago.
There's a good chance that I was the one who mentioned it or was part of the conversation of that previous comment thread you mentioned lol. I know I said for a fact that the girl acting as her double is far closer to being true professional assassin than she is. She's basically treating her new life as a longterm "job" as you said.

Ummm... wasn't the whole reason she even got adopted was because Serena killed her dog. If Serena didn't exist she wouldn't have been better off. Except the revenge porn type of story, Japanese LN's morality tend to be to get over with it and move on to things you’re enjoying, rather than wasting energy on the hatred.

That, rather than having to “let them have their lesson” or “make them know their place”.
No need to do things like tyrant humiliating their enemy in front of public, then hang their decapitated head so the world know you’re not to be messed with.

So far, people she actually killed are target for elimination, or people who directly come for her life. There’s only one exception.

Nah, Serena would 100% accept an apology because in case you missed that part, you'll know that Serena knows exactly why her mother feels the way she does and feels sorry for her mother (but doesn't even try to fix the parts she lacks) because she became her daughter instead of a normal girl.

Called it. Rosemary's blaming Serena for everything as expected. I guess this is the point where the consequences all blow up at the same time for her, but it's not very satisfying when she can still lay the blame at someone else's feet.
