"The Master" is Truck-kun driver.
1) Assassinates people - sudden killing with a truck
2) Mourns his disciples and by a ritual of burning their belongings grants them a better life - reincarnates them in a world that will be perfect for them

This one has final chapter feels, I don't like that. I know it's still marked ongoing, but this one has that "and they all lived happily ever after" vibe.

Thank you for translating!!

Short and sweet, this is actually a bonus/side story chapter at the end of Volume 2.

Small spoilers:
This is a shared dream, of sorts. 9956's master shares some of her experiences as well and learns what her new name is in her reincarnation and wishes her well in living a life with no regrets

Quote from the LN itself:
Teacher, I don't know if this is right or not, but I do know that the funeral you likely gave me let me lead a "normal" life, even if it's a bit different from what you'd hoped for. You don't need to feel regret. That's all I'll say. Not that I have any way of actually telling you.

~~~
"What's wrong, Teacher?"
"Nothing. Just had a weird dream, is all. Must be getting old."
She was an excellent student. My only worry was that she didn't have a human heart. She didn't have a strong attachment to living. But she still came back alive so many times, just like I wanted her to.
She died in the end, though. She failed to assassinate the crown prince. They'd got word in advance.
"Selena, huh? Hmph. Not too bad a name," I whispered.
"Teacher?"
"It's nothing. Right, let's get back to training."
I don't mind what life she's living so long as she's got no regrets.
