You translated whatever Rai-nee calls Aix as "Master" which makes me believe it's either "Danna-sama" or "Goshujin-sama" in the original text. Both of which are terms for husband but also can be used by servants towards the master of the house. In this train of thought Rai-nee calling Luca "Oku-sama" should be translated as "Mistress", as she recognises Luca as the lady of the house.

Dreams are subconscious thoughts brought forth which is why most of the time we forget the details of a dream and when we do remember it's a vague recollection. But as to your question, yes it can definitely happen though the chances of a full and faithful reliving of a memory is highly unlikely (like winning the lottery levels of odds). Your subconscious will either add in details that didn't happen, subtract details that did happen or both. Especially if you're "aware" in your dream.
