Article 38, sections 459 of the "Adaptions into Anime or Manga Act":

"All adaptations based on a medium must increase a female characters proportions. They shall at minimum increase by 2 sizes, and there shall be no max limit.

In the case where an adaptation is made of a adaptation, sizes must be increased with each subsequent adaptation.
