His name is Asagi. He’s a member of a Yakuza group and mostly drives people around. At the end of chapter 94, we see him visiting Midori in the hospital. He gets pissed at Iruka for ordering Midori to do a job despite her terrible condition.

We also see that he’s fallen in love with Midori, which is why he shot Butama, the one who put her in the hospital, and is now trying to kill Iruka.

They just threw in the ability to implant memories. So he might be dead but the memories of him from the past might still be implanted in someone.
