This chapter feels like filler. This would be ok if the publication was a weekly one but at this rate, this obnoxious arc will drag on for most of 2023. Just get it over and done already.

It definitely could be felt and treated as filler, but this is also kinda actually important in that he needed to confirm his suspicions and not just blindly believe them or he'd fall into blaming her for everything and anything that ever happens. Remember all the time he just did her bidding and the first few chapters he was still a bit oblivious so he may have still not be completely good at placing her blame into what she's done wrong.

Now that he confirmed it, he can leave any guilt from it behind and actually acknowledge the faults in her actions in full

It's funny how the only character that boils my head, isn't MC's ex, but the classroom teacher who deals a bullying situation in a worst possible way and nothing happens to him/, her. A teacher that falselly acuses a student of bullying would be fired. It's even worse when you find out at the ending that the guys who kidnapp and tied up MC alone in the woods only got suspension, this is an expeled situation.

The ending is rushed and the dialogue between MC and FL is s*upid.

They think Hanabi did all of that harassement because she loved MC "too much" to care about what he thinks and feels. What kind of lesson you want to pass? That wasn't love, Hanabi is possessive and selfish. She has the narcissist patterns, she never loved MC, she only loves herself

Assuming that my approach had been to record the conversation, I would take the recording to the parents of the victim, and explain that the proper resolution involved a school assembly, with a dogeza apology by the principal and the dismissal, effected and declared without prior warning during the assembly, of the teacher.
