This manga did an excellent job delving into the entertainment industry. Showing the underlying pervertion of the industry, the corruption, the selfishness, and the evil that lies within it. This wasn't even a bittersweet ending, the last few chapters quite literally Aka just threw away every development and made nearly every character irrelevant besides Ruby. Aka seemed like they just got bored and wanted to finally do something else. This wasn't even an ending it was just a straight shove to the ground getting spit on and throwing the story down the sewer, we wasted years for a great story to just magically BOOM be ruined. The art is beautiful I love it and the beginning was amazing story wise but there is quite literally nothing that came from it all aside from Ruby.

Like I get the ending. But I hate it. Mostly because of how him dying felt kind of BS. He didn't even try to swim, just sank like a rock. I get why he felt the need to go with the killer, but it felt rushed and sloppy compared to how tactical he had been. Someone will probably say something like that's the point or something. But it feels rushed and so I don't like it.

And I hate the message at the end. Especially since it rushes Ruby's resolve in just a few frames. I would have liked to have seen her resolve than have two issues that talk at me like some giant summary. If you're going to end a series like this, you owe to your readers to come to terms with it, not summarize it like this.

Can't believe this is how this finishes.
