This reminds me of a tweet that went super viral a few years ago in Japan. Unfortunately, I can't find it anymore, but it highlighted what made a boy/girl popular in Elementary, Middle, HighSchool and College.

I remember an anime where the MC had a deed with his supervising teacher, and the teaching is like that, in elementary school you have to excel in athletics, in middle school you have to be a thug (in a good way), and in high school you have to be a young man who is smart and likes reading books.
