He not only has genius level intellect even for the high standards of the current top brass, he has both the ancient characteristics of his race (the eyes, multiple tails, and wings), implying he is of rare genetic stock.

He is the poster boy of everything the elitists believe in... but he himself doesn't really believe in that, thank god for that, because even if I despise the way the higher-ups run things... Lotus' abilities are scary, if he was an elitist I shudder at how things could be.

Oh, by the way... the art in Zyugoya-sensei's pantreon that had the "loud" vampire couple was these two here, Cedar and Azalea, and apparently... Cedar do be packing.

Is there a single male in any of Zyugoya's works that aren't hung? Even the relatively small demon from the mom demon manga who always wore a mask was packing heat. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if Cochrane is secretly packing despite it never coming up (because he's a kid). Giant proportions is just part and parcel for his art style, if you exist in a Zyugoya universe you are truly blessed in the sexual characteristic department.
